And because the weather was very heavy and it looked like it was going to rain at any moment, she decided to go to school and pick up her eight-year-old daughter.
On the way to school, a hard rain fell and at school her daughter saw her and started running towards her. Suddenly there was a flash of a lightning beam and for a moment her daughter stood still, looked at the sky above, gave a beautiful smile and then she continued running.
This happened quite a few times, until the little girl reached the car.
Her mother immediately asked her when she got into the car, why did you stop every time lightning strikes, and then you smile to heaven,
I had to stop, says the little girl, didn't mommy see, God was busy taking pictures of me.
As I thought about this story, it slowly dawned on me that if God would really take our pictures, He would surely also need an album to store them. And now comes the question ... If God were to take pictures of us during the day for His heavenly album, what would He have photographed today.
There where you shouted the cashier in the bank, or where you swore the petrol joggie. Or would there be pictures where you helped the old woman across the road, or gave a hungry child a packet of food.
Only you will know what pictures God took of your life today. Let's live so that we won't be ashamed when that photo album is opened.
