Why worry when you can pray?

By choosing to pray instead of worry, we can:
* Release our burdens to a higher power
* Gain perspective and clarity
* Experience comfort and reassurance
* Develop a sense of trust and faith
* Find strength and resilience
Remember:
* prayer is not a way to avoid problems,
* but to face them with courage, hope, and guidance.

The Lord's Comma Child

Sometimes, Lord ... Sometimes life bumps one's straight-walk upside down. Just like that without you asking. Sometimes it is a crooked look or a crooked word, or a child's straight-being, or life's demands that are just too much and the time that just can never get to everything. Or disease. Or dead. And then one goes and lies like a comma in front of your feet ... Crooked bent, arms in front of the chest, and legs folded up to your heart.

I am your comma child, Lord. Sometimes I hop and dance through life. Sometimes I laugh from my stomach and spontaneously grab life between my fingers. Other times I walk like this at people and their words. And other times, Lord, I just curl up in a comma bundle at Your feet.

Thank you for never pushing your Comma children out of the way. Or turns around them don't walk. No, Lord. When you feel a Comma-child hesitant to your dress, you immediately stop, and bow with so much compassion and love and gentleness to your bundle of human. And if the Comma's prayer has touched up and gone, go and look for the Comma Child's eyes and heart for what needs to be said. And then you listen with your heart, right Lord?

Comma kids get hurt easily, Lord. But nobody knows about it. They cry inside, where no one can look or hurt. They laugh and live everyday as if it were their last. And tonight, when the sun is going to store his head, go lay them in a comma before your feet. And when they feel safe enough, they watch their insides out in front of you.

A Comma Child's inside is safe when you fold your hands gently. Comma children struggle to trust, Lord. They don't fold up like a comma for free, it's to protect them inside. But you know this, right Lord. Therefore stretch out your arms silently to the Comma creature, and carefully count her tightly against Your heart. There where she can feel Your sincere, safe love. There where it is not necessary to fold in a comma. There where she can take a deep breath and hear Your voice saying softly to her: "Come to Me ... I want to give you rest so much. ”

Thank you for never drawing a line through the life of a Comma Child, Lord. Thank you for knowing and understanding the hearts of your Comma Children ... Because Commas struggle to speak. And when the Comma learns that You are love and knows that Your arms are safe and that Your voice is soft, she slowly begins to lift her head and looks the world straight-in-the-eye.

Because the God of Comma Children is also her God. And He loves her. And that's enough for her, nê Here?

All of my love.
U Comma Child.

What do you gain from praying to God

A woman was once asked: "What do you gain from praying to God regularly?"

She replied: "Usually, I don't earn anything, but rather, I lose things."

And she quoted everything she lost praying to God regularly:
"I lost my pride.
I lost my arrogance.
I lost greed.
I lost my urge.
I lost ′′my′′ anger.
I lost the lust.
I lost the pleasure of lying.
I lost the taste of sin.
I lost impatience, despair, and discouragement.

Sometimes we pray, not to gain something, but to lose things that don't allow us to grow spiritually.
Prayer educates, strengthens, and heals.
Prayer is the channel that connects us directly to God."

Traveling on my knees

Last night I took a journey
To a land across the seas;
I did not go by boat or plane,
I traveled on my knees.

I saw so many people there
In deepest depths of sin,
But Jesus told me I should go,
That there were souls to win.

But I said, “Jesus I cannot go
And work with such as these.”
He answered quickly, “Yes you can
By traveling on your knees.”

He said, “You pray; I’ll meet the need,
You call and I will hear;
Be concerned about lost souls,
Of those both far and near.”

And so I tried it, knelt in prayer,
Gave up some hours of ease;
I felt the Lord right by my side
While traveling on my knees.

As I prayer on and saw souls saved
And twisted bodies healed,
And saw God’s workers’ strength renewed
While laboring on the field.

I said, “Yes, Lord I have a job,
My desire Thy will to please;
I can go and heed Thy call
By traveling on my knees.”

A woman with God

Every woman who walks with God has a story to tell.
Sara will tell you, "Nothing is too hard for God."
Hagar will tell you, "Even in the wilderness God is there."
Rahab will tell you, "God can use anything."
Hannah will tell you, "My God answers prayers."
Ruth will tell you, "It's not over until God says so."
Esther will tell you, "God can turn a nobody to a somebody."
Elizabeth will tell you, "You will give birth to greatness,"
Mary will tell you, "It shall be unto you according to God's word."
The woman with the issue of blood will tell you, "When all fails, God never fails."
Mary and Martha will tell you, "Dead things can live again."
Dorcas will tell you, "God never forgets."

Please don't limit God, let Him be God in your life, and you will have a story to tell in Jesus Christ's mighty name. Amen

Miss Clara’s Prayer

You’ve done it again, Lord.
You’ve done it again.
You are good, and You are mighty,
and You are merciful!
And You keep taking care of me
when I don’t deserve it.
Praise You, Jesus! You are Lord….
Raise up more that will call upon Your name.
Raise up those that love You, and seek You,
and trust You.
Raise ‘em up, Lord!
Raise ’em up!
Lord, we need a generation of believers
who are not ashamed of the gospel!
We need an army of believers, Lord,
that hate to be lukewarm, and will stand on
Your Word above all else!
Raise ’em up, Lord!
Raise ’em up!
I pray for unity among those that love You.
I pray that You open their eyes so that they can see Your truth, Lord.
I pray for Your hand of protection and guidance.
Raise up a generation, Lord, that will take light into this world;
that will not compromise when under pressure; that will not cower, Lord, when others fall away!
Raise ’em up, Lord, that they will proclaim that there is salvation in the name of Jesus Christ!
Raise up warriors, Lord, who will fight on their knees,
who will worship you with their whole hearts, Lord!
Lord, call us to battle, that we may proclaim King of Kings, and Lord of Lords!
I pray these things with all my heart.
Raise ’em up, Lord!
Raise ’em up!
